All data held by MinSouth is protected by the GDPR which outlines the rights of individuals around the storage and use their personal data.

All data is held by MinSouth is solely for the purposes stated when that data was collected and is not passed to any third party or subsequently processed unless specifically specified when that data was collected.

Any person can request for any data relating to themselves to be removed.  To do this you can either unsubscribe from the e mail event notices or if preferred contact the data controller directly and ask for the data to be removed.
