Collapsed Segmental Lined Tunnel and its Recovery Presented by: Hyuk-il Jung – Associate Director, Arup A twin bored, segmentally lined tunnel being constructed in soft marine deposit ground completely collapsed in March 2020 during cross-passage construction.
