Young Persons’ Lecture Competition – MinSouth Heat

Don’t miss the opportunity to attend the Young Persons’ Lecture Competition this Thursday, March 14th!
The event will be hosted at the Royal School of Mines in South Kensington, London, and will feature three outstanding presentations from young researchers. You can also join the event online via GoToMeeting if you are unable to travel.
The three competitors along with the topics they will present:
- Alex Vickers (Oxford University), ‘Natural Hydrogen: A new frontier?’
- Erin Thompson (University of Leicester), ‘The magmatic controls on Ni-Cu-PGE mineralisation in the Platreef, northern limb of the Bushveld Complex, South Africa’
- Vanda Karpati (Imperial College), ‘Evaluating Europe’s Mining Renaissance’
