MinSouth is delighted to announce that Saskia Boynes has been appointed as our new Student Representative at Imperial College London.

Saskia Boynes is a final year MSci Geology student, currently undertaking a research project focused on ore deposits and minerals. They bring fantastic practical experience to the role, having recently returned from a year abroad in Australia. This included both a period of study at the Australian National University (ANU) and hands-on industry experience working at a gold mine in Western Australia.

In this role, Saskia Boynes will be the key liaison between the student community at Imperial and MinSouth, helping to share our events and resources with their peers.

On joining, Saskia Boynes said, “I’m looking forward to learning more about and working with MinSouth, and sharing this with my peers.”

We are thrilled to have such an enthusiastic and experienced student on board. Please join us in giving Saskia Boynes a warm welcome!
