Tailings Monitoring

Philip Shaw of SureWave Technology Ltd will give a short presentation on new technology for monitoring of tailings dams, followed by a panel discussion with Hans Otto, Senior Tailings Engineer with Golder Associates and John Thuysbaert of Knight Piesold.

Both Golder and Knight Piesold are Silver sponsors of MinSouth.

As this event precedes the IOM3 day conference on tailings to be held on 18th September, it will not cover all aspects of tailings, but will focus particularly on monitoring.
